Mrs. Brinkley got her start working at a veterinary hospital while still in High School. She studied Veterinary Technology at Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave, Virginia, graduating in 1989 with an A.A.S. Degree in Applied Science. She previously worked in local veterinary hospitals before she and Dr. Donis decided to open Companion Care. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family horse back riding, gardening and maintaining the farm!
